This was an interesting sign project. I was contacted by the Byron Bay Public School about producing large format images of 2 artworks that were produced by a local indigenous artist.
The originals were painted on canvas & measured 300mm x 600mm. I photographed the originals in my workshop, then loaded them into a graphics program for editing.
The files were then printed on my Mimaki printer measuring 1500mm x 3000 mm & mounted on composite panel.
Everyone was very happy with the result.
